I utilise a range of evidence-based therapeutic methods, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness practices, tailored to your specific needs. My aim is to help you address a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions.

My experience spans a broad range of mental health challenges, encompassing areas such as alcohol and other drug (AOD) use, youth counselling, first-episode psychosis, trauma and schizophrenia. This diverse experience allows me to provide comprehensive and informed support to clients facing a wide spectrum of difficulties. Let's work together to help you find your path to wellness.
